Free Pickup: A Christopher’s pickup is much more than just loading your patio cushions, umbrellas and outdoor furniture covers into our vans. Our crew takes pictures of your cushions to catalog how they were laid out and to ensure that we capture all pre-existing conditions for our customer service and cleaning teams to review.

Cleaning: Christopher’s has developed 3 different methodologies to clean and restore your outdoor cushions, and we tailor the cleaning method to the type, fabric, and condition of the cushions. We may use the special wet cleaning equipment at our parent company – Parkway Custom Drycleaning. Parkway has been servicing cushions for decades and now has the space in its 10,000 sq. ft. facility in N. Bethesda to properly restore all types of outdoor fabrics. Our joint team will also employ several other techniques including hand spotting and injection/extraction to remove the most stubborn types of stains from outdoor cushions.

  • Antimicrobial Mold/Mildew Treatment: To combat mold, mildew, and bacteria, we recommend treating your cushions with an antimicrobial solution that slows their growth and keeps your furniture fresh.
  • Fabric Protection: We also can apply high quality fabric protection to improve future water and stain repellency, ensuring your cushions are better equipped to handle spills along with the elements. This won’t water-proof or stain-proof your cushions, but it forms an effective barrier to minimize staining so you can remove some surface stains and we can more effectively restore your cushions after the season is over.
