President
Tram brings years of strategic planning, food service, sales, consulting, and branding experience to the Christopher’s team. Her core experience is in the hotel industry, where she worked on re-branding one of the world’s largest hotel company’s portfolio and re-deploying sales teams in key markets. Later, as a consultant, she helped a number of companies reposition their services to increase sales. Tram is looking forward to solidifying Christopher’s industry position as a leader in customer satisfaction, attention to textile care, and in-depth knowledge. She also looks forward to establishing a preeminent loyalty program.
Personal Fact: Tram enjoys volunteering and fundraising for her children’s schools. She enjoys running and hiking with her family. She has completed 5 marathons, a ‘Tough Mudder’, and a 200-mile Ragnar Relay.

I started with Christopher’s in 2015 and I am delighted that my efforts make our clients happy. My strengths are that I am patient, attentive, and articulate. I work with many different textiles that are made from many different fiber types, including wool, silk, viscose, cotton, jute, and more.
Personal Fact: Cooking has been one of my passions and I enjoy making dinners for family and friends. I also like fishing (especially at Deep Creek Lake).

Senior Specialist - Exterior Textiles
Christopher’s has been my second home since joining the company back in 2012. My specialty has become the care and cleaning of outdoor textiles. I have cleaned and handled well over 10,000 cushions and I enjoy knowing that our clients will be happy when they see my work.
Personal Fact: I am a tinkerer — cars, motorcycles, and machines. When I am not working, I enjoy playing games with my family and traveling.

My experience as a restaurant manager has helped me develop a strong attention to detail. As a result, I always observe, analyze and complete it. I take pride in my strong work ethic, which was instilled in me by my parents at a young age, and I find satisfaction in completing a challenge or job no matter how difficult.
Personal Fact: I love watching and playing all sports, especially Basketball and Golf. I also enjoy writing music and spending time with family and friends.

I am learning more every day working at Christopher’s. I enjoy cleaning all the different textiles and working closely with my co-workers to provide the best customer service. The working environment is energetic and fun because we are so client and service-oriented.
