Jon Simon has owned Parkway Custom Drycleaning since 2001. He has integrated clever management skills and new technologies to double the company’s revenue and expand the business well beyond basic dry cleaning and laundry, according to the Washington Post.

Tram brings years of strategic planning, food service, sales, consulting, and branding experience to the Christopher’s team.  Her core experience is in the hotel industry, where she worked on re-branding one of the world’s largest hotel company’s portfolio and re-deploying sales teams in key markets.  Later, as a consultant, she helped a number of companies reposition their services to increase sales.  Tram is looking forward to solidifying Christopher’s industry position as a leader in customer satisfaction, attention to textile care, and in-depth knowledge.  She also looks forward to establishing a preeminent loyalty program.

Personal Fact: Tram enjoys volunteering and fundraising for her children’s schools.  She enjoys running and hiking with her family.  She has completed 5 marathons, a ‘Tough Mudder’, and a 200-mile Ragnar Relay.
